Recipe Piri Piri Chicken


Prime VIP

1 large red pepper, diced
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/4 cup white vinegar
2tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt.

4 Chicken breasts or pieces from one chicken

Mix all the ingredients above in a food processor to make a smooth paste.

Marinade your chicken over night or at least 1 hour.

The more time you marinade the better.

Make sure the meat is room temperature before you start to BBQ.

Heat BBQ to a very high temperature.

Sear the chicken on both sides then reduce heat to medium-high until chicken is cooked.
