  -Strong background in web application development using PHP, Mysql.
  
  -Proficiency with MVC(CakePhp/Codeigniter/Kohana) and object-oriented programming.
  
  -Knowledge of Zend Framework and CMS will be an added advantage.
  
  -Should be good in Relational Databases and SQLs.
  
  -Experience working on browser-independent designs and cross-browser issues
  
  -Should be a good team player and able to accept challenges.
  
  -Should have good communication skills. (Needs to communicate via Emails regularly)
