^^ You can block his device's MAC Address by Wireless MAC Address Filter
It is in Modem's WiFi Settings


To Block Device Follow These Steps :

1. User Must be Connected to know its MAC Address.
2. Now open modem settings (Default Address : 192.168.1.1 )
3. Then Goes to Status -> Device Info
4. There u see a option



Here the MAC Address of Device will Shown.
Copy That address.

5. Go to WiFi(Wireless) Settings..



Select Active Option and Deny Association from Action Menu As Shown Above..

Now Paste the MAC Address of Device that you want to Block...

6. Done
