A man arrested outside Paris Hilton's Malibu home has been charged with felony stalking and other counts for allegedly failing to stay away from the socialite.
Prosecutor Wendy Segall said on Friday that 36-year-old James Brian Rainford is facing two felony stalking counts and three misdemeanour counts of disobeying a court order.
Deputies arrested Rainford on the Fourth of July after paparazzi outside Hilton's home recognised him. It was his third arrest in less than a year related to Hilton.
He's in jail with bail set at $150,000 (Dh550,872). Jail records do not indicate whether he has an attorney.
A judge issued a restraining order in October after Rainford was arrested outside Hilton's Hollywood Hills home. He was arrested again this year after Hilton's boyfriend was grabbed outside a courthouse.
