125 gm Paneer
1 grated Onion
1/2 cup Cream
1/2 cup beaten Curd
1/2 tsp Watermelon seeds
1/2 tsp Poppy seeds
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Red chilly powder
1/2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Ghee
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Salt to taste
1.Soak the watermelon seeds and poppy seeds in 1 tbsp of water.
2.Drain and grind together into a fine paste.
3.Heat the ghee in a pan, add the onion and saute until turns to transparent.
4.Add the ground paste and saute for 2 minutes.
5.Add the curd and Cook for 4-5 minutes until turns to golden brown and leaves oil.
6.Add all the masala, cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7.Add the paneer with 1/2 cup of water and cook until the paneer softens and the gravy thickens.
8.Add the coriander leaves and cardamom powder.
9.Serve with parathas.
