1/2 bowl paneer (cut into small cubes and fry them)
1 bowl peas (boiled)
2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion (chopped)
3 tbsp oil 1 tea sp. jeera
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp. tomato puree
salt and chilli powder to taste
Take tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and onions, blend them to form a gravy. (you can put A bit of water)
In a pan, heat oil and jeera then put the tomato gravy together with garam masala, turmeric powder, tomato puree, salt, chilli powder, peas and paneer.
Cook until it becomes thick. You can garnish it with butter and coriander leaves.
