OPPO in association with Amazon has launched the awaited Realme 1 smartphone. Though we did expect that OPPO might come with a good price tag but never expected them to price it at Rs. 8,990. Realme 1 comes with 6 inch FHD+ screen and powered by MediaTek processor.
OPPO Realme 1 is a dual SIM Handset and powered by MediaTek Helio P60 octa core processor, now this is a 12nm processor clocked at 2GHz coupled with Mali G72MP3 GPU. Screen is 6 inches, IPS, with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio.
The Realme 1 is running ColorOS 5.0 based on Android Oreo. This handset weighs 158 grams and is 7.8mm thick. It comes with 3GB/32GB, 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB RAM/ROM options. Plus there is micro SD card support of up to 256GB. There are triple slots, separate dedicated slot for micro SD card.

On the rear there is a 13MP camera with f/2.2 aperture and with LED flash support. On the front you will find a 8MP camera also with f/2.2 aperture. Other features are 4G, VoLTE, dual band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS. A 3410 mAh battery powers this handset.
Unique thing about the realme 1 handset is the looks, the diamond black back gives a diamond style feel / reflecting light. There is no finger print sensor but the handset does come with face unlock – company claims face unlock works in less than 0.1s.
Realme 1 will go on sale on 25th May 2018 at 12PM and it will be Amazon Exclusive, the 3GB/32GB version will come for Rs. 8,990 and the 6GB/128GB version will cost Rs. 13,990.
