Need Suggestions for Logo

So far i have made this....

Now what i need from u is suggestions,

1. do u like the colored performer or black & white one
2. if u liked the colored one, do u want any other color combination
3. can u suggest any color combinations for writing unp.

any other suggestions are also welcome...but plz spare a minute to give ur suggestions.

personally i love the black! but then again.. punjab is so colourful, maybe you would want different colours.. loving it, regardless!
