is AMD reliable? i still have these reviews from people that AMD heats up a lot.
35K is my full budget for desktop. also please suggest me good monitor also.
Amd has improved alot in recent times, it has even performed better than intel in many areas, the Ryzen 7 3700x is very popular and same is Ryzen 3 and 5 series.
Intel still has a bit edge in some cpu demanding games, some video editing etc but overall for multitasking Amd is leading now.
Amd provides great value for money and performance compared to Intel.
Amd is great for multitasking and this model Ryzen 5 3400G has inbuilt Vega 11 Graphics which are even great to play some demanding games.
As far as heating is concerned, getting a good cooler would be great.
If you are on tight budget you can go with Ryzen 5 2400G (Last gen) it will be around 9 to 10k but i still recommend Latest Ryzen 5 3400G
If you don't want much performance then you can also go with Ryzen 3 3200G it will be around 7 to 8k
Intel option is i3 9100f but it will Required external graphic card, that will add around 2 to 3k in cost, Amd on other hand has inbuilt graphic card good enough to handle videos and moderate games.
Intel still has better single core performance so its upto you, both have pros and cons
