Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput have finally named their baby girl and it is a combination of the first names of both her parents. Misha is a combination of Mi from Mira, and Shahid's Sha, thus becoming an adorable Misha. Ever since the baby was born on August 26, Shahid's fans waited with bated breath as to what would they name their daughter.
It's learned according to reports in a leading national daily, that he along with wife Mira and Dad Pankaj Kapur had flown all the way to Amritsar to visit a Baba who could help with deciding the name. Both the parents have been super-protective of the toddler as till date no mediaperson has been permitted to shoot a picture of her.
On the work front Shahid is on a high with the brilliant success of Udta Punjab. The actor will be next seen in Vishal Bharadwaj's heavily anticipated period drama Rangoon, and in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati after that. In Padmavati, we will see Shahid go toe to toe with current heartthrob Ranveer Singh, who will play a negative character.
