Mexican salad

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup prawns
  • 1/2 cup pasta
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1 cup papaya
  • 1/2 cup belly peppers
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup pine apples
  • 5/6 tbsp paslay
  • 1/4 cup spring onion(only freen part)
  • 1/4 cup peeled apples
  • 1/2 cup boil potatoes
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 tbsp grind almonds (soak in warm water and peel the skin)
  • salt as req
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil
Directions
  1. Clean the prawns and wash them.
  2. Marinate prawns with black pepper, chiilie powder and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a oil in a pan and fry prawns.
  4. Take a bowl and put all vegetables, fruits, cream cheese, mayonnaise, prawns and white pepper & almonds powder.
  5. Mix it very well and serve it.
