Mango Seed Subji

1.Extract Mango juice from the mangoes and keep aside. Do not throw Mango seeds but keep them aside with all juice in it.

2.In a Pan , mix Mango seeds and little bit of mango juice and water but do not make the mixture too thin.

3.Add salt, haldi and mirch powder.

4.Now taste the liquid if it is sour then add jaggery to make it sweet and sour,
if it is sweet then add lemon juice to make it sweet and sour.

5.Heat the mixture on medium heat untill the masala mixes well and the mixture becomes little thick. 2-3 minutes.

6.Heat oil, add cumin seeds and hing powder, when the seed splutters, pour tadka to the sabji and heat the sabji on low flame flame for 10 minutes.

7.At the end, Add chopped coriander and enjoy mango seed subji with chapatis. You should serve the sabji with atleast one mango seed in the bowl.
