- 1 1/2 cup syrup (1/2 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 2 tbsp lemon juice)
- 10 juicy lime juice
- 2-3 fresh kafir leaves (lime leaves)
- 1 bunch mint leaves.
- a pinch of salt.
- 2 glasses cold water
- crushed ice.
- In a blender combine lime juice, kafir /mint leaves and the pinch of salt.
- Blend to a fine liquid.
- strain in a juice jug and mix 2 glasses of water.
- Mix this with the syrup and cool.
- In individual glasses put crushed ice then pour in the limenade and serve chilled.
