Despite the closure of Lily Allen's signature vintage store in London's Covent Garden, it will be business as usual for her fashion line Lucy in Disguise in Dubai, according to local representatives.
"The collection is going ahead and our buyers placed an order for next season," a spokesperson told tabloid!.
The pop star was in Dubai in June with her sister and business partner Sarah Owen to launch Lucy in Disguise at fashion store Boutique 1. At that time, Allen had told tabloid! in an interview that her own fashion line sprung from her love for vintage pieces and it made sense to supplement the vintage collection available in her stores with her own pieces.
Reports have suggested that the duo have signed a lease for another permanent boutique, but details about the location and opening dates are yet to be finalised.
They have currently sought refuge in a temporary set-up near Carnaby Street.
