launch a website for small business

i want to launch a website for my small business and i wanna do it in India Punjab and i will be traveling to Punjab next year in Jan or Feb so anyone of you know any good company that launches websites or anything pls let me know.

why i wanna it in india is coz i think it's cheaper there rite.

any suggestion is most welcome

thr r lots of shops who make these...it depends how much u big website is it ....
The hosting proce starts from Rs 500 per yr , and the layout of site depends 4m design to design !
