Taking potshots at each other seems to be the favourite pastime of Ram Gopal Varma and Karan Johar.

Ramu sure knows how to kick up the publicity of his films. In the run-up to the release of his next film Rakta Charitra, which seems like a blood-and-gore fest, Ramu took a potshot at Karan Johar when he said that Rakta Charitra is not for those people who like mushy family dramas like Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.

Karan Johar, who had taken a sabbatical from Twitter, couldn’t resist coming back only to reply to Ramu’s barb.

“Apparently Rakhtcharitra is not for people who liked K3G!! Didn't know planet Pluto had multiplexes!! Aliens can't wait to see it!!” Karan wrote.

Ramu was quick to reply to Karan. Though he appreciated Karan’s sense of humour, he added another potshot.

“Ha ha ha ha that's a super one karan...Having said that, Rakta Charitra is meant for men in women and not for women in men,” Ramu wrote.

Over to Karan, now.
