It has cat.4 LTE support with download speeds of up to 150Mbps with support both LTE (Band 3,5,40) and 2G (900/1800).

It still runs KAI OS, and has the same cameras, battery capacity, RAM, storage and connectivity features as the first-gen JioPhone. The company is not stopping the sales of the JioPhone, and both the phones will be available for purchase even after the JioPhone 2 releases.
