waise tan mochi v kar dinde ne repair, but if it needs replacement i would to say go to a tailor who is known for good work.
as it replacing needs more finishing than installing a new one

Mr. D you know those shops that keep laces, ribbons, stones , brooches? they usually keep zippers too … I recently lost one zipper of a boot & replaced that with one of a musical note… u may have to innovate a bit , aapko gucci ka zipper nahi milega

another option go to shop where bags are made/repair they will do the job as they have many kinds of sliders.
