The short answer is no. Apple doesn’t give access to the conversation stream like Android does. Jailbreaking is the only option that will work on-device, while there are paid third-party call-in solutions on the App Store.

Your best bet is to use an outside device like these:

This doesn't work too! Only jailbroken device can do it OR as @qaswed suggested you can use outside device. Nothing else would work for iPhone call recording.
