yeah my dad know ins and outs of this, dat is why i m confident abuot my project approvals and loans, he has got awesome credibility, well 10 years ago, he and his friend started a paper mill. PSIDC AND PFC jointly financed that project for rs 2.99 crores with no problem,,,,
so loan is a must go for me,

and u are right, indian people lacks this customer services, see now how good these private banks are doin, why, coz ppl get awesome customer service,
who likes to go to PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK as they will be treated liek shit.

Bai u r jmaa right... yaar even small businesses are flourishing.. bas u need to have an idea... yaar i know about the small IT companies, they started with one man and now they have employed 10 people and i know three of my friends who are minting money like this way...

BUt yaar Automobile manufacturing business is good. i dnt know why didnt like it.. but yaar its one of the best thing and yaar manufacturing sector inna vi mada nai hai, (compared to China, it might be down).. Bai Automobile is next big thing on Indian shores... Beleive me on this..

Car dealership is good.. as i said Automobiles business can never die down... Its big & its gonna go more biger and better... Yaar my brother is in this, so i kow a bit of this and beleive me you can mint money like anything, but only if u have done right things e.g HYundai Dealership NO.2 in chandigarh comes out with a scheme that a free delivery & picup for Lady owners of Automobiles and immediately they have orders for like next 15 days... SO bai come up with nice & simple ideas and things will click.. But yaar now in India, the ever increasing middle class & upper middle class dont want CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.. they want CUSTOMER DELIGHT & they are willing to shell out extra money for that...

see mates what i think is property rates are at its peak right now in punjab. so je tuseen ajj property buy karde ho tan u will be in loss as it will go down from now. frm my pt of view diversification in agri is an emerging field now. even reliance company is investing 1000 crores of rupees in punjab. they wanna export fruits and vegies. australia vich ik eho ji algea hai jehri medicines ch use hundi hai and punjab's enviro is best for its cultivation.

well well I wasn't pulling ur leg..........I'm an immunology student jihne botany zoology padhi hai par 4 saal pehla.....and i know ki 100 tara da blue green algae hai...je ohda naam ya jis medicine lai use hunda ohde bare pata hunda tan us bare research karni saukhi ho jani si....thats all i meant.....

my bapu is not typical jeeri, kanak waali kheti karan wale.....oh experiment karde rehnde ne...so thout it would be good for him.....specially something exciting for him after he recovers from his surgery and something he can learn about now..............
