Responsibilities

HR-Executive
Responsibilities

o Responsible for Recruitment, Selection via job portals, walk-ins, employees’ references, followed by screening, short listing and scheduling of interviews of the candidates
o Campus Recruitment drives, making and giving presentations at Universities
o Induction, Orientation, On-boarding and Exit Formalities
o Employee performance monitoring and handling appraisal
o Payroll Management, Time & Leave Management, generation of Pay slips
o Managing employee engagement, queries and grievances
o Making sure about Statutory Compliance and Labour Laws. Strict adherence and compliances with the provisions of various Labour legislations, Registrations & Renewals etc
o Screening candidates through telephonic interviews

o Excellent written and verbal skills
o Eager to work in a Start-up
o Attitude for learning
o Energetic, confident, smart learner, have zeal to work, Out of the box acting capability
o Experienced from Recruitment, Induction, Performance Appraisal to exit formalities

Qualifications
