New Delhi: India’s Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar was slapped at the NDMC Centre in New Delhi.
The attacker, a turbaned Sikh, had attacked former telecommunications minister Sukh Ram here four days ago.

He also took out his his kirpan (dagger) when security guards tried to overpower him and whisk him away.
