Indian designer’s Mercedes Benz SLS AMG reincarnation is awesome
Mercedes Benz SLS AMG isn’t a new name to anyone of us. However, Arun G.K., an Indian designer, re-imagines it. Though the concept is purely based on the Mercedes Benz styling and design elements, yet Arun has redesigned exterior and body type as per his interests.
The concept SLS AMG is based on the previous models of Mercedes Benz, but the unique style and design features of the brand are incorporated to keep the identity and status. From the images one can make it out clearly that body type of the concept is different from the earlier model, as the new concept is a cabriolet version.
Apart from automated controls, sports body, unique alloy wheels and advanced safety and luxury gadgets, SLS AMG concept features dual-zone automatic climate control with dust filter, 3-stage memory for driver’s seat, power steering column, exterior mirrors, 8-speaker sound system with auxiliary input, 7″ COMAND screen w/central controller, cruise control, rain-sensing intermittent wipers, automatic headlamps with twilight sensor and locator lighting and so on.
Not only is this but safety features are the paramount concern and the concept is equipped with attention assist drowsiness monitor, brake hold function, Mercedes-Benz maintenance system, dual two stage airbags, 4-wheel ABS disc brakes with brake assist system, electronic stability program, anti-slip regulation, antitheft alarm with engine immobilizer, smart key with panic button, and many more.
