Green Chutney Lassi


  • 2-3 cups Yogurt (Curds)
  • Few mint leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Small piece Ginger chopped
  • 1-2 Green chilies chopped
  • Little tamarind pulp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  • Some ice cubes

  • Put mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, tamarind pulp, salt, black salt and cumin powder in a mixer. Add little water (you can use yogurt water) and grind to a fine paste.
  • Add yogurt, one cup water and ice cubes and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
