Google Inbox to allow users to delete sent emails



Google is trying its best to make its new Inbox app the best replacement for its very own Gmail service. That is the reason the company is planning to add lots of new features to the app. Forget about the beautiful design and its capabilities, soon Inbox will be getting a very cool features. A feature which is being asked by mostly all of us.

The Google engineers who work behind Inbox recently joined Reddit AMA session, where they shared several details regarding Inbox. Along with all that, the team also revealed that they are currently working on a new feature which will allow them to add β€œundo send” functionality to Inbox. The work is simple, with the help of this option, users will be able to cancel the sent emails.

This feature is very useful as most of the users usually find themselves in a condition where they just want to go back in time and prevent themselves from click on the send button for that weird or wrong email.

The team also revealed that they are planning to bring this Undo send feature along with cross-browser support to the app. β€œWe’re working as fast as we can on enabling other browsers as soon as possible,” he said. β€œWe’re already doing Google-wide testing for cross-browser support, but we want to make sure that everything works perfectly before enabling it for all of our users.”

Well, there are still no details when Google is planning to bring this feature. But the team revealed that it will be coming very soon.
