veere 2 tareeke ne banaun de
1) gobhi & aaloo ke piece karke , tel le ke fry kar lo (thode jahe tel ch) for 8-10 mins fer ik pan ch 1 chammach tel daal ke lassan, adrak, pyaaz bhun lo fer tamatar, add namak, haldi, laal ,mirch masale naal bhun leo add gobhi aaloo , upar se garam masala fry for 2 mins & done
2) take tel in a pan, add jeera then lassan & adrak then pyaaz , then tomatos then masalas then katti hoyi gobi daal ke 2 chammach paani daal do , cover & cook for 10-12 min(gobhi soft ho jaani chahiye , dhaniya pao te khao leo
kayi loki pyaaz nai paunde gobhi cho, apne taste ke hisaab se bana lena
