Recipe Fudge Chocolate Pie aka Baked Fudge

Ingredients
4 eggs well beaten
1 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions
In a glass bowl beat the eggs. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, flour and cocoa. Add to the eggs and blend well. Melt the butter and add the vanilla and nuts. Combine all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 9 pan and bake in the pan set in hot water; the same way you cook a custard. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Watch carefully in the last ten minutes of cooking.
