Recipe Fish Koliwada


Prime VIP

500 gms salmon / pomfret / surmai / rawas)
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Tandoori color
1/4 tsp Ginger paste
1/4 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Garam masala
100 gms Besan
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
1 tsp Amchoor powder
1 tsp Ajwain
Very little water
Clean and wash fish add haldi and salt keep it for 1/2 hour.
Mix all the above ingredients except fish make a thick consistency.
Wash fish under water and add it to the batter leave it to marinate for 1/2 an hour.
Deep fry in hot oil to reddish brown color,
Sprinkle with chaat masala and lemon juice.
