Facebook planning to acquire Indian startup Little Eye Labs
Facebook is reportedly planning to acquire an Indian based startup called as Little Eye Labs for a deal valued in between $10 million and $15 million. Little Eye Labsβ is a Bangalore based startup which has a software tool to analyze the Android Apps performance.
Well according to recent reports by TechCrunch, this acquisition would mean a lot for Little Eye Labs which is just one-and-a-half years old, reportedly Twiiter also pitched but Facebook offered a better deal.
The report also says that the deal is expected to be signed by mid-January 2014 and after the deal the Little Eye Labsβ Founding Team will move to Facebook US Head Quarters, and they will work as the part of a companyβs mobile engineering team.
