ESPN STAR Sports Brings to its Viewers FIFA World Cup 2010 South Africa & Wimbledon in High Definition Mode


ESPN STAR Sports, Asia’s leading sports broadcaster, has tied-up with the leading DTH operators – Dish TV, Airtel digital TV and Tata Sky to bring to its viewers FIFA World Cup 2010 South Africa & Wimbledon 2010 in High Definition mode.

The high definition audio video experience takes television viewing to an entirely new paradigm. The HD telecast immensely enriches the viewing experience of live sports as compared to standard definition viewing. The telecast of the two sporting extravaganzas in high definition is expected to aid in the penetration of DTH platform further across the country.
