If you are reluctant to try to build a Hackintosh, why not dress your beige box in Snow Leopard’s stripes using the Snow Transformation Pack? It’s a total user interface overhaul for Windows Vista and Windows 7.
This free download is a near pixel-perfect replica of Apple’s operating system – it replaces your system icons, backgrounds, the login screen, and other graphics and tweaks the look of the system windows, dialog boxes, and other aspects of the user interface. The resulting face-lift, as you can see from the screenshot, is virtually indistinguishable from Mac OS X, aside from the top bar which looks and behaves differently in Apple’s operating system.
Just don’t expect to run third-party Mac apps, although it doesn’t hurt pretending you were on a Mac. Check out the source link for installation instructions and download links.
