Delhi Court cancels NBW against Bigg Boss 10's Om Swami

As reported earlier in the day, Om Swami had to make an emergency exit last night from Bigg Boss 10 owing to a non bailable warrant issued against him. He was summoned to appear before a Delhi court today (on December 3). Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Satish Kumar Arora had issued the arrest warrant, while directing Omji to appear in the court on the next date of hearing on December 3 and also forfeited his bail bond and surety bond.

However, according to news agency ANI, Delhi Court cancelled NBW against Bigg Boss 10's Om Swami after he appeared in a theft case lodged by his brother. He was imposed Rs 30,000 fine. The next hearing will take place on February 4, 2017 next year.
In November 2008, an FIR was registered against Vinod Anand Jha aka Swami Omji on a complaint by his younger brother Pramodh Jha, who accused him of breaking the lock of his bicycle shop in Lodhi Colony here along with three men and stealing 11 bicycles, expensive spare parts, sale deed of the house and important documents.
