The type of technical work I am doing here is what I can never do in India. Main networking R&D industry ch aa. Kehan nu main C ch coding karda te oh India v duniya bhar di karan nu mil jaugi.

But here I participate in Design and Architecure meetings. I am participating in design meetings from Day 1. Initial draft of system architecture for new router is framed with inputs from all of us in the team. Our team in US has architects from Japan, France and Scandivanian countries. That exposure I can never get in India. Now this project will get its first 2 years of development here in US, once that is done then all these design documents and architecture notes will go to India and they will do rest of coding and handle lil bit design issues.
Crux of the work is done here. I have worked 3 years in India also, I never get that exposure. People do work in Cisco, India or Nortel, India and here in US also. If you ask them the complexity of technical work it is surely more in US.

India may be developing web/finance/banking softwares from scratch but I was never in that field. I have always been in system engineering and I know in my field most of the good work is initially done here then goes to India.

Yeah work culture is entirely different you put a viewpoint in meetings they will argue nicely and come to a conclusion n you feel wanted.Thats what i said too latitude n exposure is unparalleled>

And i feel india is becoming costly too.

well im talkin in general .. not all students r able to get into IIT IIM PEC etc. wat about the other people.. ?? oh ki karange.. ? ehn institutions ch kinne k bache par lenge..
ehna v change ni hoyaa.. aje v ohi hai.. govt. school da bacha convent school de bache da muqabla ni kar sakda.. average student nai kar sakda..
nd i didn't say im gnna do well here or nythin.. all i said is ki its sumtimes or most of the time unfair wid other kids jad paise deke dooje number le jande maybe im wrong but jo v hai.. othe paise naal kuch v ho sakda.. i ain't saying ki ethe bayimani ni.. hegi aa.. govt hi baimani kar jandi hai hor ki kehna but it doesn't relli affect a particular group.. provincial exams band karte.. nd main reason i blv is money.. they wanted to reduce the cost so they made provincial exams optional..
u can still become smth even if u've done a bclrs degree.. u can get a job for ur living nd that living won't b as bad.. india ch bchlrs karke kihne firde.. koi job ni.. masters karke v 15000 approx di job te dhakke mil rahe ne..(starting) banda fees kitho poori kare? jihde parents kol paise ni oh kitho parega ache institutes ch? parr v leya te fees de p aise kitho poore karu.. ehne engineering colgs khul gaye.. kinne engineers graduate honge otho.. kinneya k nu job milu? jus think bout it in general


not all ppl get admission in IIT IIM PEC iz talkin in general .. most institutions ask for donations
nd i neva said im smart or w/e .. iz jus sayin ki an average student like me.. won't get admission there... in a normal institute widout donations.. nd a middle class family won't b able to afford dat..
u're jus talkin bout super duper intelligent students.. IIT IIM PEC etc ch kinne k par lenge.. there r smart brains out there on teh roads .. rarely they get a chance to study..

im talkin bout donations nd shit.. i neva said othe di parayi maari haiyaa ohteh kuch karaunde ni.. i agree ache schools ch set parayi hondi hai.. nd its even better than here i blv..
my friend went to this school ..( i wont say the name of that school coz it might b offensive to sum ppl here) but it was one ov the best schools in PKL.. convent, ICSE.. Chd ch v branch si ohdi mohali ch v hor v batheri jagha si.. she passed their admission test , got pretty gud marks.. but the next thing they asked was 15000 rs nd that wasn't the school fess.. !?!?!?.. well if ur financial background is good.. then luckily u'll get admission but jo normal average lok hai.. do u think they'd b able to afford that.. middle class family jihna di earning is near bout 20000rs per month.. they prolly can't afford that.. then higher education.. bchlrs.. masters jo marji karlo masi job mildi.. ache institutes wale ton pareyan nu job mil jandi.. but how many students r able to get into those institutes..?? IIM wale i guess 200 students lende? pata ni.. im not sure but othe dekhlo kinne engineering karke bethe.. kihnu job mildi.. bahot ghat.. 40 institutes hai es vele punjab/haryana ch .. engineering layi.. kehra acha kehra bura.. khali te chalan ton ni rahe.. othe v bache parde hi hai.. eh te hona ni ki jama hi befkuf hon oh.. yea their study level might b lower but still..
they don't get a job..!! the only way out is to move to anotha country to earn ur living nd bla bla.. agle maapeyan de sir te rehn ni lagge sari umar..

lolz othe jake they "donated" sum money u noe wha i mean.. nd guess wat .. the guy was in the same grade he'll study there for 2-3 yrs nd come back.. do u think its fair for other kids hu cna't get into that school..? nd that's what iz all talkin bout or my first post was about this.. i guess i've prblm explaining myself
