1. To organize induction training of all the staff members of concerned Hub.
2. To undertake joint visits to impart On the Job training and to address non-performance issue.
3. To impart refresher training to the hub staff on current and ongoing process changes
4. To ensure model Code of Conduct by the Field Executives and foster team building
5. To maintain MIS (Records) of training and individuals performance
6. To take care of basic hygiene issues such as uniform, SIM cards, and statutory requirements w.r.t. Field Executives salary and benefits.
