Coconut Barfi


  • 1 kg Khoya
  • 1 kg Coconut
  • 100 gms Ghee
  • 750 gms Sugar


  • Roast sugar and khoya.
  • Add the shredded coconut to it. Then roast the mixture again.
  • Put in tray and let it cool.
  • Then cut into pieces and serve.

Tip: Always chill glasses before preparing the icecream in it. This way it will stay stiff longer.
