Ingredients:
150g cottage cheese (mashed)
50g khoya
100g gur
1/2 cup coconut (dessicated)
1/4 cup almonds (chopped)
Method
150g cottage cheese (mashed)
50g khoya
100g gur
1/2 cup coconut (dessicated)
1/4 cup almonds (chopped)
Method
- Melt gur on a low flame and remove from fire.
- Add cottage cheese, khoya, dessicated coconut and chopped almonds.
- Shape into rounds and flatten with palms.
- Roll in dessicated coconut and decorate with almonds and cherries.
