All of us experience dizziness sometime during our life. For most of us are always busy (and some out of casualness), we let these symptoms just pass. But that’s where we go wrong. Causes of Chronic Dizziness
The most common causes of chronic dizziness are given below:

  • Stress: Stress and panic attacks rising from the stressed lifestyle can cause hyperventilation and this can also cause dizziness.
  • Low Blood Pressure: Low blood pressure is one of the prime causes of chronic dizziness. For a healthy and normal functioning of our body, blood needs to reach all parts of our body regularly. Due to low blood pressure at times blood doesn’t reach the brain as fast as it should and this leads to dizziness.
  • Dehydration and heat stroke: Our Body needs a fluid medium for proper propagation of hormones and blood but if we dehydrate the body falls short of this fluid medium. Heat strokes can also cause the body to loose minerals along with water and thus again impairing proper functioning of the body and this causes dizziness.
  • Vertigo: This is the sensation which occurs when your body was moving with a pace and suddenly comes to halt. When the body that has been in motion for a long time comes to a stop, the brain has a hard time adjusting to this situation causing sudden dizziness at times. It is cited as the most common symptom of balance disorder.
  • Weakness: If the overall health is not good or the body is weak due to lack of energy or rest, dizziness can set in.
  • Inner Ear Infection: The ear plays an important part in maintaining your centre of gravity and thus your ability to balance. In case you have any kind of infections or even blockages in the ear cavity; there are chances you may experience dizziness.
  • Heart diseases: Some heart diseases also give early warning in the form of dizziness.
Now that we know the causes let's look at some possible treatments.
