Choco Nut Cake (Eggless)

Time Taken : 15-30 mins

Ingredients:
160 g flour
100 g butter
40 g cocoa powder
397 g condensed milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup mixed crushed nuts
2 tbsp milk

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180 C.
2. Grease baking dish.
3. Sieve all dry ingredients.
4. Cream butter and condensed milk well.
5. Add into it flour mixture slowly.
6. Add vanilla and nuts, keep on creaming.
7. Add milk toward the end.
8. Pour into baking dish.
9. Bake at 160 C for 30 minutes.
10. Allow to cool well before unmoulding.
11. Serve with coffee.
