jo means jehra .... bole so nihaal ...is grammatically incorrect .... kise nu sambohdan nai hunda....JO bole so nihaal vich its clear and makes more sense
its basically a war cry so ... jida marzi kar lao
jo bole so nihaal...... means jehra bulave so nihaal ho jave

vaise eh jakara kadhon te kehne ditta ?

This slogan was initially used in the times of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, to inspire the Sikhs to fight with courage and bravery against injustice and tyranny. But It has become, besides being a popular mode of expressing religious fervour or a mood of joy and celebration, an integral part of Sikh liturgy and is shouted at the end of ardas or prayer and in religious functions and gatherings (sangat).

Har Har means 'with and everyone'

And Mahakaal
from Dasam Granth -

So Har Har Mahakaal would be much better war cry than

Oye Aurangjeb 'Sat Sri Akaal' :p

ehi gal karkey ... mein matlab puchea c.... its not har har mahakal ....its mahadev first of all.....
2ndly ..its not har har mahakal ...its hara hara mahdev (As in old granths)
and it doesnot means with eevery shevery one.....its hara hara
wch means destroyer and eliminator....
so you cant say hara hara mahadev(as it would be against the sikh concept of one )
mahakal rakhvar hamaro keh sakde aa....coz unlike other three shiva brhama visnu ...mahakal is beyond death and infinite @Dhillon
