- 4 cups puffed rice
- vermicelli (sev) 2 cups
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 diced onion
- diced tomatoes 2
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- red chilli powder to taste
- salt to taste
- 1/2 bunch green coriander leaves
- 6 green chillies
- lemon juice as req
- salt to taste
- 1 cup tamarind pulp
- 1/2 cup dates(khajoor)
- 1 tbsp crushed jaggery
- 2 tbsp white cumin powder
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- salt to taste
Directions
- Put rice puffs, sev, potatoes, onion, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, turmeric powder, red chillies and salt in a deep dish and mix well.
- Put the ingredients of green chutney in a blender and mix well.
- Put all ingredients of sweet and sour chutney in a frying pan to make a thick mixture.
- Take the bhel puri out in a bowl; pour both the chutneys over it and serve.
