D mind cannot concentrate itself on a formless being or spiritual form of Supreme Being. One has to assume
God in some visible object or image. During the Vedic period there were neither temples nor images or idols
of deities. So God was invoked through the fire kindled for havan materials. Later d practice of havans was
discarded n d seers concentrated on Imperishable ‘Om’.
It ws with d arrival of Buddhism and Jainism dat d idols or statues of Buddha n Vardhaman Mahavir gained
popularity. To rejuvenate Hinduism different images of God varied in shape according to different names of
God came into existence. In Hinduism it was d idols of Krishna every one wantd in their rooms.
Ther ws no Idolatry during d vedic age. Yajurveda says dat God Supreme or Supreme Spirit has no ‘Pratima’
or material shape. He cannot be seen directly by anyone. His name is so great that only the Name is enough to
invoke Him. He pervades all beings and all directions.
However, ther is no harm in saluting the image or images of God as long as U know dat no temple, or an idol
kept there, enjoy any supernatural power.

Budhists worship Budha's Idols.
We all know the idols were influenced by Brahmins who had made deeper roots inside Buddism to eliminate this beautiful religion and give it a color of Brahmin.
Hence all the Kings in Thailand (even though buddist country) are named RAMA
Hinduism only absorbed the symbolism of Jaina and Buddhist systems without owning or appreciating their ideals and morals. You will find Mahavir idols in Hindu temples, but never that of Gautama. That by itself speaks volumes of the visceral hatred Hinduism had and has for Buddhism. They did the same for Sikhism. Hence Guru Gobind singh had to create seperate Khalsa. None of the sikh guru's after 6th Guru, Guru Hargobind Singh ji went to Amritsar. Amritsar was taken over by people influenced by Bahamians and Sangat in Lahore was taken over by Masaands, who had started to give Charan Amrit.

It's not that the marriages doesn't exist. They do exist par jinna jayada tu highlight kar reha, aunna nahi hunda kaka I have a mixed neighborhood. My next door is one from Chili and the other from Peru. Portuguese family lives front of my house, next to Portuguese is Ukrainian and Albanian. Only 3 Sikh families and one Tamil family. I can count 7 black families from the Caribbean living in my neighborhood and they are all good people. Tainu pata khakh nahi saliya pure backward ta tu aap hai.
