Hello friends,

Please pay attention to the internet banking sites while doing any transactions online. Now-a-days, spammers, hackers and many other unsocial elements are making fake sites (which look exactly like the original site) to extract your confidential bank information. If you carelessly enter your bank information on these fake sites, they will receive the info and may transfer all your funds into their accounts:

Before doing transaction, please check the following things on the netbanking sites:

1. Internet banking site should ALWAYS be a secured one. This means, the site URL starts with
https:// and NOT http://
2. Lock icon MUST be present.
3. Most of the internet banking sites will have "Verisign Secured" seal. (even if Verisign Secured seal is not present, the site can still be safe if its starting with https:// and have lock icon).
4. If your bank site demands too much of EXTRA information, it could be a fake site. In order to login, you need only user ID and password. Transaction password has to be entered only when you are doing any transaction like transfering amount to a another account.
DO NOT enter any information like CVV number, transaction password, ATM PIN to log onto site.
