Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has for the first time spoken out about the controversy that arose after the shooting of Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine was halted following the news of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's pregnancy.
"It is [a] matter between Aishwarya and the producers of the film. I can't comment on it. They have sorted out the issues between them," Bachchan said on Friday.
"Despite that if someone [expresses] their feelings they have the right to do it. And later others will also express [their] feelings and this how the truth will come out," he added.
After Heroine, Bhandarkar's "most ambitious project", was put on the back-burner indefinitely following the news of Rai Bachchan's pregnancy, the acclaimed filmmaker said on his blog that he went into depression and that he's upset that the "truth was hidden" from him.
