Ardaas is actually a way of opening one to one communication with God(Waheguru Ji ). By standing in pray mode and making request to waheguru ji in purest interest to fulfill the request. Gursikh's belief in Ardaas is as old as religion itself. The word Ardaas is referred in SGGS Ji. Though the form is not specified in SGGS. Ardaas is the not just a religious ceremony. it is a faith in Gursikh's mind that make miracle happens. Make Gursikh mentally strong to bear all burden of this material world.
