Sculpted bodies are a fad in Bollywood and most of the top-notch actors sport six pack abs, but Anil Kapoor says he focuses on being fit and maintaining his weight.
"I never wanted to make muscles, I just want to be fit. Everyone has different ways of staying fit. Mine is that I should feel good. I have been exercising for the last 15-20 years. I feel comfortable the way I am. My weight has been between 74-76 kilos since the last so many years," Kapoor, 52, said.
After the recently released action-thriller Tezz, Kapoor will be seen in Sanjay Gupta's Shootout At Wadala.
"People tell me that I look much better and fitter now. I am trying my best to do this. I focus on keeping my mind fit, then food and exercise," he said.
