Ingredients:
4-5 - medium-sized potatoes, boiled
2 - medium-sized onions, finely chopped
2 - medium-sized, firm tomatoes, finely chopped
1 - green chilli, very finely chopped (optional if you want it less spicy)
1/4 tsp - chaat masala
1/4 tsp - red chilly powder
2 tsp mint chutney (made from grinding a combination of mint leaves, coriander leaves, a few green chillies and salt)
2 tsp - sweet chutney (made from grinding a combination of seedless dates and ball sized tamarind soaked in water)
Salt to taste
1/2 lemon
Few sprigs of coriander leaves

Method
4-5 - medium-sized potatoes, boiled

Method
- Peel the boiled potatoes and chop into bite sized cubes.
- Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, chaat masala, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
- Add the chutneys and squeeze in the lemon juice over it.
- Give it a good toss and garnish with sev/mixture and coriander leaves.
