Finally, the wait is over. We've been waiting for the Bachchan bahu, Aishwarya Rai to make a comeback for a while now and we hear that she has finally given her nod to a project that she really likes.
Aishwarya Rai who was last seen in the movie Guzaarish opposite Hrithik Roshan in 2010 will appear on the big screen after a long time. Ash had Aaradhya in the year 2011 and since then has been busy taking care of her daughter and getting back into shape, of course. (It sure took a while.)
Produced by K Ramesh of Global One Studios, the untitled project is a multilingual Tamil/Telugu movie. The movie is being directed by P Vasu and we hear that Ash has a very challenging role in the movie. For the first time she will be seen in the role of a Kalari fighter and has to undergo strict training for the same. We wonder why the beauty queen chose a regional movie as opposed to a Bollywood one. We know for a fact that Bollywood filmmakers were making a beeline for her for the longest time. But looks like Aishwarya wants to prove her mettle and thinks that this movie will make sure of that.
Shooting for the movie starts in mid-2014 and will be shot in parts of North India and also in the exotic locales of Cambodia. Doesn't this remind you of Aishwarya in the movie Raavan? It sure seems similar to us.
