Airtel Bank payment failed but money deducted

I tried to make a payment with airtel bank.The payment failed but money is deducted.
Some say failed payment will be automatically credited back within 48 hours. Should I wait or do something???

Wait for it it will be credited to your bank account

1. Contact airtel bank and ask for status.
If the payment is successful from their end

2. Contact the merchant and ask for status.
If they haven't received the payment.

3. Contact the payment processor used by merchant (payu, ccavenue etc.), ask merchant if unsure.
