Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali is planning a film with Abhishek Bachchan and Kareena Kapoor. Earlier, he had expressed a desire to do a film with Bebo, and now is thinking of casting Abhishek too, of course opposite her.
The movie is learnt to be named Hira Mandi, and Bhansali will start working on it as soon as he finishes Guzaarish which has Hrithik Roshan and Aishwaya Rai in lead. In fact, the buzz also suggested that Bhansali, who is quite impressed with Hrithik’s work in Guzaarish, might sign him for the project. But sources claim that Abhi is a strong contender to play the film’s lead actor.
However, if you are wondering how Kareena and Abhi can share the screen space, as Abhi’s broken engagement with Karisma created a seemingly permanent rift between the two families (the Bachchans and the Kapoors), be ready to get surprised. In spite of constant speculations in the past and present, both Bebo and Abhi have admitted in various recent interviews that they have no qualms in working with each other.
Kareena made her debut with Abhishek in the year 2000 with the movie Refugee and later they were seen together in Sooraj Barjatya’s film Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon in the year 2003.
