New Delhi March 22:

Pakistan said it was positive and open minded about the Home Secretary-level talks with India scheduled for next week during which the two sides are expected to discuss issues covering terrorism and progress in 26/11 trial.

In the run-up to the meeting on March 28 and 29 here, Pakistan High Commissioner to India Shahid Malik met Union Home Secretary Gopal K Pillai and discussed the agenda for the proposed talks, the first structured bilateral secretary- level meeting on counter-terrorism after India and Pakistan decided to resume comprehensive talks.

"I have come with the message for this very important meeting which is restart of the process (of dialogue) between the two countries. We are positive and open minded and I got the same message from the Indian side also," Malik told reporters after meeting Pillai
